Looking for a reception/admin role with a difference? Would you love a role based in Sydney in an office amongst sharks, koalas and celebrities? Then we have the perfect role for you!

 

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist & General Office Support in our Business Support offices at Darling Harbour.

 

This role supports our ANZ & APAC corporate staff members, as well as the operations team running Sydney’s iconic attractions; SEA LIFE, WILD LIFE, and Madame Tussauds.

 

 

About the Role

 

You will be responsible for manning the reception desk and supporting the day to day running of the office. As the first point of contact for the business you will greet staff and guests with a friendly face, as well as oversee the visitor process, managing incoming and outgoing mail (including dealing with couriers), preparing reports, and assisting the Office Manager, Senior Leadership, and other corporate functions when required.

 

About You

 

To succeed in this role you will;

  • Have relevant administration experience in a similar role
  • Have a love for organisation, administration and a high level of attention to details
  • Have strong interpersonal and networking skills, effectively building relationships at all levels of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be an enthusiastic and positive ‘go-getter’, approaching tasks with the love of FUN!
