About The Role

 

The Finance Business Partner – Gateway ANZ is a strategic role, responsible for partnering closely with attraction teams across ANZ and supporting the attraction GMs to drive best practice and optimise business decisions.

 

There will naturally be a focus on cost discipline, but this is only one element of the role. This role delivers value from driving best practice and standardisation in reporting and ways of working.

 

This role will also work with VP Gateway South Asia, helping to shape global initiatives and ensuring compliance and best practice.

Role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne offices.

 

About You 

 

· Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, or professional accounting qualification) essential.

· Proven experience in business partnering within a complex organisation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

· Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

· Proactive and commercially minded with an ability to contribute to achieve team goals.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working in a multinational preferable.
