We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Admissions Hosts at our iconic Darling Harbour Attractions: SEA LIFE Sydney, WILDLIFE Sydney, and Madame Tussauds Sydney.

To be considered, you must be available to work across all NSW school holidays and public holidays, along with some availability outside this period including weekdays and weekends.

 

About the Role

As a Casual Admissions Host, you’ll report to the SEA LIFE Sydney Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring their experience starts on the best possible note. This is an active, guest-facing role exposed to the elements, requiring comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including in various weather conditions.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Offering the best ticket deals and experience options to make their visit seamless.
  • Managing crowds in both indoor and outdoor areas, rain or shine.
  • Checking tickets while building excitement as guests enter our attractions.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Merlin attractions and for Sydney, assisting with local queries.
  • Supporting health and safety protocols, including monitoring capacity and guest flow.

 

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. If fast-paced environments excite you and you’re passionate about the tourism and attractions industry, we’d love to hear from you!
