If you like the sound of this then we have a great opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time, Flexi Guest Experience Supervisor at Madame Tussauds Sydney and WILDLIFE Sydney!

 

 

About the Role

Our Guest Experience Supervisors are the driving force behind our amazing team of Guest Experience Hosts at Madame Tussauds Sydney.  It’s their job to make sure that all of our staff and guest needs are met and that everyone has an absolutely incredible experience in our attraction, whilst simultaneously tending to business needs as the Duty Supervisor during the day. 

You may be asked to operate a ride that involves standing and focus for extended periods of time.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for driving outstanding guest experience and a proven track record for providing excellent customer service.  Experience in fast-paced attractions is desirable but not essential and you will need to be ready to get stuck in and be hands on with the day to day running of the attraction as well as take on administrative tasks such as rostering and payroll. Successful candidates will be required to provide a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
