About the role
The Sydney Tower Eye is on the hunt for enthusiastic team members who are dedicated to the delivery of world class guest service.
Your role will be focused on providing exemplary service by; welcoming guests to the attraction, selling tickets at the admissions desk, managing queues and selling products at our gift shop, and actively promoting combos and upselling options.
The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all the skills, information & resources they require to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to guest service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests along all points of their journey. Experience in a similar role and exposure within tourism is ideal.
