We have an exciting opportunity for casual Zipline Guides to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures!
About the Role
All of our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN! As a Zipline Guide you really will be focusing on FUN! Your role is to provide guests the ultimate rainforest experience whilst visiting the Illawarra Fly. The Zipline guide ensures safe departures and arrivals. You will provide interesting interpretations of the natural environment and answers customer inquiries regarding the sport of zip lining as well as the natural surrounds.
About You
A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential to any of our roles. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. You will be confident leading and entertaining groups of guests with Health and Safety at the forefront of your mind. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but a desire to work in the entertainments industry is essential. Please note that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability. Current First Aid and Working with Children Check will be required prior to beginning in the role.
