We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Ticketing & Merchandising Specialist for our APAC region. This role will be based from our Sydney office in Darling Harbour.

 

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Ticketing & Merchandising Manager- APAC, you will be responsible for playing a vital role in managing and optimising Merlin’s ticketing systems to support the success of attractions across the region.  

 

The role is dynamic and autonomous, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of business operations, ticketing systems, and reporting processes.

 

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with various key stakeholders across marketing, operations, finance and retail to ensure seamless ticketing strategies and process.
  • Identifying and deliver optimal package solutions by liaising with requestors and Accesso to test, launch, and manage new package requests, ensuring audit requirements are met.
  • Action all requested changes and ensure accuracy in the set up across all attractions and associated merchants, working to defined ticketing SLAs
  • Provide expertise for implementation of assigned projects and functionality deployments
  • Work cross-regionally to support the Global Ticketing Team, as required

 

 

About You

 

A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential to any of our roles. To shine in this position you will also have:  

  • Proven experience managing ticketing and eCommerce applications, with knowledge of Accesso or similar systems highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Merlin’s brands, product offerings, and operational processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
