The inclusive, friendly and driven team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast team are looking for a fabulous Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the crew here on a Full-Time basis.

 

About the Role

  • Leading the way for our brilliant F&B team, you will guide them with your knowledge in food safety and incredible guest interaction.
  • You will take control of the kiosk ensuring that the day-to-day running is smooth and streamlined and making sure that the team is motivated, and target driven.
  • Stock control, food preparation, ordering and admin tasks will also play a major part of your day-to-day role.
  • Our team members are the friendly welcoming faces of SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast. You will need to ensure that all guests receive the best customer service throughout their guest journey from greeting them at the door, to serving up a meal or tasty treat in our kiosk.

 

About You

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Food and Beverage industry and is ready to take their first step into a supervisory role.
  • Food Handling and RSA certificates are essential.
  • Preferably with industry experience, you will have great attention to detail, work well under pressure and have an understanding of the ins and outs of running food service
  • You will be self-driven and have the ability to work autonomously.
  • You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work - we are in the fast-paced tourism business after all!  
  • Demonstrated planning and time management. 
  • Whilst we don't need you to have extensive knowledge of marine life, a passion for ocean conservation + all things diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility is a MUST. We are a passionate team who really do care about making a difference.
