We have an several exciting opportunities to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures as a Guest Experience Host! 

 

Nestled amongst the serenely beautiful landscape of the Southern Highlands and South Coast of New South Wales, our Treetop Walk and Zipline Tours are stunning experiences for all our visitors. Our small and friendly team are what make this experience an award winning one.

 

About the Role

 

We are seeking casual Guest Services hosts to join the team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures. 

All our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN! As a Guest Services Host you will be responsible for the delivery of friendly and attentive service to the guests of Illawarra Fly. You will be the first face for all of our visitors will see and be the person to kickstart their memorable experience with us.

Your duties focus on the day-to-day operations which entails checking guests in for experiences, selling all of our wonderful products (experiences, retail and food & beverage), using up-selling and interpersonal skills to maximise sales; deliver incredible guest experience with focus on strong guest Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and ensuring cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas. 

About You

 

The ideal candidate for this role will want our guests to leave with lasting memories. You will be committed to contributing to a positive work environment through being able to work cohesively with others as well as independently when needed. You will be a great people person and be able to interact positively with all our visitors. Experience within a customer service or hospitality role is preferred however not essential. Please note that this role requires weekend, public holiday, and school holiday availability.

Pay Range

AUD $32.05/Hr.
