We are currently looking for Guest Experience Hosts at Madame Tussauds Sydney, part of the Merlin Entertainments Group! 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Guest Experience Host at Madame Tussauds Sydney, you’ll work across the attraction to deliver energetic, dazzling memories for every guest. You will combine guest service, safety, and presentation skills with jaw-dropping knowledge about our wax figures and the incredible process of creating them to immerse everyone on our red carpet in a world of famous fun!


Responsibilities:

  •  Deliver a vibrant, helpful, and engaging service to every guest that walks through the Madame Tussauds Sydney doors, with a pure guest obsessed mindset.
  •  Walk the attraction: Taking photos, answering guest questions (about the figures, interactive elements, celebrities/characters, attraction amenities), and making our guests feel welcomed, valued, and respected.
  •  Run activities inside the attraction for guests, such as dance parties, behind the scene tours and Wax Hands.
  •  Get involved with the wider business with internal and external activations to showcase the glitz and glam of the celeb world.
  •  Take Ownership over designated areas, ensuring figures and displays are looking show-ready, spaces are clean and tidy, and the attraction is in safe operating condition.
  •  SPREAD THE FUN, POSITIVE, DAZZLING VIBES THROUGH MADAME TUSSAUDS SYDNEY!

 

ABOUT YOU

To shine in this role you will have...

  •  Excellent customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for our brand and all things fame
  •  Strong communication skills, and confidence to speak to guests one on one or to a group, OR the desire to improve these skills
  •  Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  •  Ability to prioritize whilst delivering a world class service 
  • Desire to learn facts and information about our figures and famous faces!

You must also be reliable and punctual and happy to work within our company values and health and safety guidelines. 

 

Celebrities never stop and we don’t here at Madame Tussauds Sydney either, this role will work on a rotating roster over 7 days, all year round. Weekend, holidays and public holiday work is a must as a business that operates around peak periods.
