These positions are casual and offer flexible shifts to fit around your other commitments, whether you’re volunteering, studying, or looking after your own little LEGO builders, there is opportunities for everyone to be a part of the team at LDC!
About the Roles
As a Guest Experience Host, your primary responsibility includes coordinating and executing attraction rides, interactions, workshops, parties and schools.
Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for upselling, taking orders, operating the till and making coffee at our Café’- all while delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for our guests!
Additionally, Admission Hosts are the friendly welcoming faces of our LEGOLAND ® Discovery Centre Melbourne attraction ensuring that all guests receive the best customer service from start to finish, through processing all ticketing and upskilling transactions.
Please note: Weekend (both Saturday & Sunday), Public Holidays and school holidays availability is essential for this role.
About You
As the ideal candidate for these roles, you will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. Previous transactional experience and strong interpersonal skills are strongly preferred. This is a fast-paced, guest facing environment where no two days are the same- so you will always be proactive in your approach to customer service with a high-spirited attitude. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.
In addition, you are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organizational and time management skills are desired.
Holding a currently an employer (VIC) Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain one if successful) is also required for these roles.
